Live with your new sofa for seven days. If it doesn't feel right, tell us — we'll arrange collection and a full refund for ready-to-ship pieces.

Because each custom sofa is built to your exact specification, they are non-returnable. We'll happily repair or refresh any manufacturing issue under warranty.

Write to hello@thelazyloft.in with your order number and a short note. Our team will schedule a free pickup within 3 working days.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned piece reaching our workshop, back to the original payment method.

Frame, joinery, and cushioning integrity are covered for a decade. Reach out for a free repair, refill, or reupholstery within warranty.

Rotate cushions monthly, vacuum weekly, and keep out of direct sunlight. Detailed care instructions are shipped with every order.
